About me
Barbara is a transformation leader and lifelong learner, with a career spanning both the business and academic worlds. She is currently VP Transformation at Telenet, previously she was a Principal at Bain&Company, a Partner at private equity firm Gimv and COO at an internet scale-up. Next to her corporate role Barbara studied management research at Vlerick Business School on the topic of Self Managing Organizations.
Barbara is passionate about making organizations become more adaptive, effective, and meaningful places to work and helps leaders reimagine their operating models and make deliberate choices about how they can sparkle and sustain change. She is excited to continue to enlarge her impact and explore the topic of deep organizational transformation through both Keynote, Advisory and Board engagements.
