Frey’s love of technology has helped gravitate toward roles that elevate the user experience, including working on several patents for home-automation scene creation. Her diverse background includes software development, technical training and communication/organizational change. A passionate teacher, Frey has developed her skills sketch-noting to help teams visualize their work and their path to providing value to customers and to help others bolster their learning and knowledge retention.
