Mik Kersten is Chief Technology Officer at Planview and the author of Project to Product: How to Survive and Thrive in the Age of Digital Disruption with the Flow Framework. In his book, Kersten introduces a new way of seeing, measuring, and managing software delivery to drive business success in the digital age.
He is also the creator and lead of the open-source Eclipse Mylyn project. The Task-Focused Interface technology underlying Mylyn was developed as part of his PhD research at the University of British Columbia. During that time, Kersten co-founded Tasktop Technologies with his PhD advisor, Gail C. Murphy. Tasktop was later acquired by Planview.
